How we work:
We diagnose and repair your computers at many local coffee shops as well as on campus at Rice, University of Houston, and St. Thomas. Sometimes we even do evening repair sessions at some local bars. Many repairs can be done while you wait, between classes or finished on the same day. We go to a different shop every day and our schedule changes every week, but our goal is to be at the places where it is convenient for you and your schedule.

Tune-up: Software disinfecting (viruses/spyware removal), cleaning (bloatware), and tweaking to be in better than new condition. This is typically what is needed if you find your computer is slow about booting, runing programs, shutting down or freezes up. -$35
Operating System Reinstall: Sometimes a computer’s software gets so jumbled up it can’t be set right again. At that point it is time for a clean re-installation of the OS, along with any drivers and additional software. It takes a bit of time, but it is like getting a new computer in the end. – $100
